1. Acceptance
By using Bikendure (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Bikendure provides AI-assisted bike fitting analysis and cycling coaching tools. Results are informational only and do not constitute professional medical or sports physiotherapy advice.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the analysis has not been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits.
6. Intellectual property
The Bikendure platform and its AI models are owned by us. You retain ownership of any videos you upload, and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
