Bikendure (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered cycling platform operating at bikendure.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, name, and any profile information you provide during sign-up (handled by our authentication provider).
Bike profile: bike type, experience level, flexibility, and any pain points you enter during onboarding.
Video data: cycling videos you upload for analysis. We process these server-side and store annotated frame images.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
Usage data: page views, errors, and performance metrics collected anonymously to improve the service.

3. How we use your data

To provide the bike fitting and coaching services.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (account, billing).
To improve the accuracy of our AI models.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following processors: our auth service (Better Auth), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI analysis), and our cloud hosting providers.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Export or delete your account from your profile data page.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session cookie on bikendure.com) and analytics cookies with your consent.
